Appointment Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy:

  1. Cancellations: Guests must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, guests will be charged 50% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity.

  2. No-Shows: If a guest does not show up for their scheduled appointment, they will be charged 50% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity for the first instance. Subsequent no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity.

  3. Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their appointments as long as they provide at least 24 hours notice. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, guests will be charged 50% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity.

  4. Repeat Instances: Guests who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments without proper notice, or fail to show up for appointments, will be charged 100% of the booked service plus 20% gratuity for any subsequent instances.

  5. Payment: All fees will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the appointment.

  6. Exception handling: In case of emergency or unexpected situations, our management team will review each case individually and determine if any charges will apply.
