Perfect for budget-conscious guests who don’t want to compromise their experience. These services are performed by our new talent stylists in training who are currently advancing through our associate program. It’s a great way to enjoy the lalo experience while supporting the next generation of talent. Please keep in mind the associates may ask for help from a team mate on more advanced techniques. Examples are graduated bobs, shags, mullets, and fades. Our associates are required at this stage of the program to have someone check the completed service so we can provide feedback.
We appreciate you supporting them! We kindly ask if you are extremely particular that you choose a higher level stylists. We have 7 different levels of stylists to choose from that are determined by a combination of demand for their time and years behind the chair. The pricing goes up per level.

Q: Who will be doing my hair?
A: Your services will be performed by one of our associates who are currently undergoing our training program where they fine tune the skills they already learned in beauty school. Think of it as a master’s program for hair.
Q: Why is it discounted?
A: The services are discounted to give our associates hands on experience as they grow their skills behind the chair. It’s a win- win you get luxury services at a budget friendly price, they get real world practice with amazing guests like you.
Q: Will the results still be good?
A: Absolutely! Our associates are carefully selected for their talent and passion and have completed foundational training before working on guests. While they are still refining their skills, they are held to the same high standards that define the lalo experience. They are required to have their finished service checked and will ask for help from a team mate if they need guidance on a service.
Q: What’s included in the discount?
A: The up to 50% discount applies to the labor portion of the haircut or color. For color services there is an additional charge for the specific amount of color that is used on your hair during the service. Don’t worry they will go over everything with you so there are no surprises. There is always an option to uprade or add additional services and treatments at the time of the appointment if desired.
Q: Can I book a beauty on a budget service with my regular stylist?
A: No, these are special rates reserved exclusively for guests booking with the associates as part of their training program.
